The President will oversee ensuring that all other board members are up to date with tasks and completing pertinent duties. President will oversee all field equipment and set up organization for home games. President will oversee ensuring necessary equipment is brought to travel games.

Vice President will be in charge of planning travel including accommodations, vehicle arrangements, and tracking numbers of traveling players. Vice president will support the President in ensuring that all tasks and duties of the board have been completed.
Diona Anderson

Treasurer will collect dates, set up payment plans, monthly treasury report (money in and money out), manage player accounts, prepare for tax season, maintain team debit card, manage invoices, and maintain checkbook. Treasurer will be the only person to accept money on the board, without prior approval or exigent regulations.

Secretary will maintain meeting minutes for all board meetings and transcribe relevant information and amend the bylaws, when necessary, after all officer discussion. Secretary will also assist in maintaining Non-Profit status and ensure compliance with the rules and regulations.

Match Secretary will review and maintain eligibility for all players, input match and player data into CMS pre- and post- match. Match Secretary will lso maintain all binders of updated paperwork for SWRU and USA Rugby inspection and ensure compliance. Match Secretary will coordinate match/tournament schedules by season, maintain and establish relationships with other teams, and maintain communications with other teams.

The Fundraising Chair will organize fundraising events and be the primary point of communication for all fundraisers. The Fundraising Chair will organize the sponsorship program and maintain records of sponsors. The Fundraising Chair will encourage player engagement, be alleviating out of pockets costs as possible. The Fundraising Chair will also meet a minimum of$2000 of funds, not including sponsorships or ‘recurring fundraisers’ per season. The Fundraising Chair may also assist the Social Chair with organizing community outreach, as necessary.
